1. About C-Consulting

C-Consulting is an independent business consulting brand and informational website. Personal data submitted through this website is processed for responding to inquiries, maintaining communications and operating the website.

Privacy questions can be sent to info@c-consulting.io.

2. Data we collect

C-Consulting does not use analytics, advertising or marketing tracking and does not create visitor profiles.

If you only browse the Website and do not submit the inquiry form or contact us, C-Consulting does not ask you to provide your name, email address, company name or message.

The Website is hosted by Vercel. As part of delivering, securing and diagnosing the Website, Vercel may process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser or user-agent data, requested pages, request time and diagnostic logs.

When the inquiry form is submitted, Cloudflare Turnstile performs a security check and may process limited technical data needed to identify automated or malicious requests.

When you voluntarily submit the inquiry form, we receive the name, email address, company name and message that you choose to provide.

3. Why we use this data

We use inquiry data to understand your request, reply to you, consider a potential engagement, maintain the security of the website and meet applicable legal obligations.

  • Responding to inquiries and arranging an initial conversation.
  • Assessing whether and how C-Consulting may assist.
  • Preventing misuse, spam and security incidents.
  • Keeping records where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate interests.

4. Service providers and international transfers

The Website uses Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the inquiry form from abuse and an email delivery provider to deliver inquiries that visitors choose to submit. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services and may operate in countries other than your own, subject to their applicable safeguards and terms.

5. Retention

Inquiry data is kept only for as long as needed to answer the request, manage any resulting business relationship, resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations. Data that is no longer required for these purposes will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

6. Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may request information about your personal data and ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

7. Contact and updates

Send privacy requests to info@c-consulting.io. This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
